Software Engineer
We are looking for a proactive engineer who enjoys end-to-end ownership of their work. You will be building core features, not just handling maintenance tickets.
Key Requirements:
- Startup Experience: 2+ years in a startup environment is mandatory. We are looking for candidates who have successfully shipped production code in agile, fast-moving teams.
- Skills Over Degrees: Formal education is not required. We prioritise practical ability and a track record of building functional software.
- Proactive Mindset: You are comfortable working with high autonomy. You can take a business goal and define the technical implementation without needing detailed step-by-step instructions.
